New and returning students attending Gates School in the 2009-2010 school year will need to register at the school on the following dates:
Monday August 10, 2009 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 11 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 12 4:00 9.m. – 7:00 p.m.
To facilitate registration, please bring the following documents:
Birth certificate (Kindergarten)
Proof of physical exam (for Kindergarten, Fifth grade)
Electric, phone or gas bill with parent name and residence address
Immunization records
Public Assistance documentation
Annual school fees
Homework book fee
